Roles in TruQu

In TruQu,  recognizing the different responsibilities and duties of employees there are three roles; the admin, the team coach and the professional. The admin is the top-level user. The administrator can create groups, users, and questionnaires. The manager also sees statistics about the organization. The team coach can manage groups. Once assigned to a group, the team coach can edit the users in this group. The team coaches can also see group statistics. Finally, the professional can ask for feedback or give feedback to colleagues. This role is mostly used for employees within an organization.

As an administrator, you have the option to check on the activity of all user actions and request access. With data analysis, everything is possible.

Manage Users & Teams

Organize Users & Teams

As an admin in TruQu, you have the possibility to invite, delete and assign the roles of users in your environment. You can add new users either manually or import CSV files to then upload hundreds of users simultaneously. With the ‘synchronization’ function, you can synchronize the users with the real-time overview of employees. This will delete unused accounts and replace them with new accounts for new employees. Furthermore, you can assign people to teams and select suitable templates for each team. Team coaches can always adjust their teams.
