If you go to received feedback through your dashboard, you’ll see who you’ve shared feedback with. There you can click on the three dots and delete it. This way you undo shared feedback.
An analysis of a questionnaire sent by professionals can only be analyzed on the basis of ratings (think of star ratings, sliders and multiple choice questions). Open answers are not visible. In addition, these analysis options are only available from a total of 10 completed questionnaires. All this is to protect the professional.
Under admin> insights, you can see an overview of the total usage per person. However, there is no separate print or share function for this yet. You can not export this data either.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change questionnaires that are online. What you can do best is duplicate the questionnaire. Then you copy the questionnaire as it were, and the same title will appear, followed by ‘copy’. This way you can change the name. You can then archive the old questionnaire.
A questionnaire can be made by the administrator. Do you have questions that you ask a lot, but do not appear in a questionnaire? Then ask your administrator to put the desired questionnaire in the system. On our backlog it is noted to draw up a concept with multiple questions and to save it.
You can retrieve a questionnaire from the online environment by archiving it. The final removal of the questionnaire is unfortunately not an option.

A team can only be created by administrators. This can be done under admin> teams.

Multiple administrators is definitely a possibility! You can add as many admins as you want. This can be done under admin> users> add a user and then make him / her admin. To keep our own environment well-organized, we recommend keeping the number of admins limited.
The difference between an administrator and team coach is that an administrator has data overviews of the entire organization and can create questionnaires and teams. A team coach only has an overview of his / her team and can not create questionnaires. The team coach can change teams but can not add them.
The team coach can manage groups. Once assigned to a group, the team coach can add to this group of users. The team coaches also see statistics from the group.
The professional can ask for feedback about his own performance and give feedback to colleagues. This role is usually used for employees within an organization. It is advisable to give administrators and team coaches the role of professional so that they too can ask for feedback about themselves.
